PERSONAL APPROACH
VIEWING
To get a clear understanding of the property, we schedule a viewing whenever possible. During this visit, we discuss your wishes and ask you to share as much available information as possible (such as a floor plan, m2, expected timeline).
During the viewing, we provide targeted advice on which spaces should be staged to achieve the best possible presentation. Are you only looking for advice? A

is an option when full staging is not possible or not desired.

After the viewing, you will receive a tailored quote. Are there any usable furniture present or left behind? Then we can work with that or switch to accessory styling. Our quote will ensure the best suited service for your home
STYLING
Upon agreement, we start our preparations and schedule the staging in consultation with you. The home is staged with modern furniture and accessories that appeal to a wide target audience. Our stagings include a 2 months rental period, with the option to extend.
SOLD
We hope to congratulate you on a great sales result. Accordingly, we will pick up the furniture after 2 months, or sooner if desired. Naturally, the property will be left tidy.
Is home staging tax deductible?
In some cases, home staging costs are tax-deductible. Styling costs fall under selling expenses, which you may deduct from the equity. As a result, the equity decreases and the amount on which you may deduct (mortgage) interest increases. Ask your financial advisor whether this applies to your situation.
