  • The above prices are based on a house up to 75m2 that is easily accessible.
  • Is the property larger than 75m²? We charge €15 per additional m².
  • 2 months furniture rental included with optional extension.

PERSONAL APPROACH


VIEWING


This can be done with or without the estate agent. During this consultation, we'll advise you on which rooms to stage and what will suits best in terms of furniture. Prefer advice only? Then look at our STYLING CONSULT service.


Quote


After the viewing, you'll receive a customized quote. If there's still usable furniture in the property, (partial) accessory styling is also an option. We'll take everything in consideration to provide the best suitable advice.

HOME STaginG


Once approved, we'll begin our preparations and schedule the staging. In almost all cases, the home is furnished in just 1 day and staged with modern furniture and accessories that appeal to a wide audience. You rent our furniture for two months, with the option to extend.

SOLD


We hope to congratulate you on a successful sale. Accordingly, we will collect the furniture after two months, or earlier if preferred, and leave the property clean and tidy.









Is home staging tax deductible?


In some cases, home staging costs are tax-deductible. Staging costs are considered selling expenses, and you can deduct them from your home's equity. This reduces your home's equity and increases the amount on which you can deduct (mortgage) interest. Check with your financial advisor to see if this applies to your situation.
