Papillon Home | Staging & Interiors handles personal data with care. Personal data is processed and secured with care. Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Recording and processing of data
Papillon Home | Staging & Interiors only stores and uses personal data that you provide directly or that is clearly provided to Papillon Home | Staging & Interiors when you provide it. Data that is no longer needed will be deleted.
Customer data
Papillon Home | Staging & Interiors stores customer data necessary for processing the order, such as address information. Papillon Home | Staging & Interiors does not collect or process personal data. Personal data is only stored when the customer has consciously provided it to Papillon Home | Staging & Interiors.
The basis(es) for processing the personal data
The email address and telephone number are necessary for the execution of the assignment entered into with the client. The company name and address details are necessary for complying with legal obligations imposed by the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration.
Data storage
Papillon Home | Staging & Interiors does not store data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. The retention period(s) are:
- The data required will be retained for 7 years after completion of the assignment, after the invoice has been paid, in order to comply with the administrative obligations under law and regulations.
- All other data that are not stored for legal administrative purposes will be deleted after two years.
If you complete a contact or registration form on the website, or send us an email, the data you send us will be retained for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your email requires for a full response and handling thereof.
Cookies
We use cookies when providing electronic services. A cookie is a simple, small file sent along with pages from this website and stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. This allows us to, among other things, combine various page requests from the website and analyze user behavior. You can refuse the use of these cookies, although this may limit the functionality and ease of use of the website.

Papillon Home | Staging & Interiors uses various social media channels through buttons and links on its website. These social media channels also collect information. To understand what happens to this data, the privacy statements of these social media channels can provide clarity.

Images and photos
- Photos and images are published on the Papillon Home | Staging & Interiors website. Several photos on the homepage are from free stock images from Mijndomein – Websitemaker.
- The published images of my interior design work are for inspirational purposes only and are published with the permission of my clients when the image is private. The photos I use in my interior design plans, as published on my website, are partially sourced from various public online sources such as Pinterest and Behance.
- If you own one of these (public) photos and/or images and disagree with their publication on my website, I will remove them immediately after notifying me.
- Papillon Home | Staging & Interiors is not responsible for the use of these photos and/or images on other websites.
